CEO: William
As the CEO of Donn Palms, Inc. William oversees the training and development of all the employees, and guides the daily business operations. He also coaches individuals on their career goals and professional development. The entrepreneurial-minded William is a recognized expert in business management and development, with several national achievements to his credit.
William was born and raised in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. A Detroit sports enthusiast from childhood, William himself was a three-sport athlete growing up. He exceled in football, basketball, and baseball- and was consistently voted the captain of his teams. He was recruited as the starting catcher for Adrian College, where he also received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a minor in Communications.
William launched his post-collegiate career as a mortgage officer with Quicken Loans, until he decided to venture down the entrepreneurial road. WIlliam invested in a small bakery, and within 5 years grew that company into a chain of bakeries and sub shops. Under his ownership, the bakeries grew from 1.5 million to 8 million dollars in revenue.
In 2014, William sold the bakeries and moved back home in search of a new and exciting business venture. He started as a Sales Representative with the Detroit office in 2014 and made an immediate impact on the success of the company. Within 11 months, William achieved a National Top Ten ranking 10 times, was twice the #1 representative in the country, and was promoted to new positions multiple times. In December of 2015, he became the CEO of Donn Palms, Inc. William is now a mentor and Managing Consultant to other managing partners and CEO’s across the country.
William’s career path has always focused on business expansion and development. However, he is excited for the opportunity to focus on his gift for educating and coaching, and passion for helping others. William has been recognized nationally for his achievements in leading and developing other people in their career ventures. He is consistently invited as a guest speaker at conferences, and is well known for his no-nonsense approach, infectious energy, and genuine spirit. William is excited about the future of Donn Palms and is passionate about helping others achieve their personal and professional goals.
Recruitment Director: Jennifer
As the Recruitment Director of Donn Palms, Inc. Jennifer wears many hats within the organization. Her main focus is overseeing the selection of the talent necessary to foster continued organizational growth. Working closely with the CEO, Jennifer also focuses on team productivity, the implementation of motivational support, as well as assisting with the personal and professional development of the employees. Jennifer has received national recognition and achievements in recruiting and building successful teams of industry leaders.
Jennifer was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Growing up, Jennifer enjoyed playing many team sports- including softball, cross country, track, and volleyball, but her main sport is ice hockey. When she started college at Bowling Green State University, she assisted in the implementation of the Women’s Club Hockey team, and was a captain on that team for 4 years. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English, and a minor in Sociology. Upon graduation, Jennifer went on to play travel hockey for the Ohio Flames as well as the Michigan Devils.
Jennifer’s professional career path started as a direct care counselor in a residential facility for pregnant and parenting inner city teens. It was here that she really developed skills in helping individuals with their personal and professional goals. Looking for more creative freedom in a family-oriented business environment, Jennifer moved into a position at a local dance studio. She quickly worked her way up to management and was instrumental in increasing the enrollment of the studio by 500%.
In 2016, Jennifer moved to Michigan and joined the Donn Palms team. She brings her applied background in social psychology, practical knowledge in business psychology, organizational skills, creativity, and passion to the team. Recognized as a national pacesetter, Jennifer has made a dramatic impact on the growth of Donn Palms, it’s employees, recruiting teams, and managing partners. She is excited to be part of a culture that makes a difference in the lives of many people.
